Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026. By using VivaStrike, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to anyone who creates an account on VivaStrike or uses any of our services, websites, or apps. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the product.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (16 in the EU).
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts for the same individual may be suspended.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

3. Community standards

While using VivaStrike, you agree not to:

  • Post content that is hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or illegal.
  • Impersonate another person, team, or brand.
  • Exploit bugs, automate actions, or use bots to farm XP, coins, or predictions.
  • Attempt to access other accounts or administrative areas without authorization.
  • Use the platform to promote fraudulent schemes or unauthorized gambling.

Violation may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent ban.

4. VS Coins and purchases

  • VS Coins are a virtual currency used exclusively within VivaStrike. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Purchased coins are non-refundable once credited, except where required by law.
  • We may adjust pricing, promotions, and coin rewards at any time.
  • If your account is terminated for a terms violation, any unspent coins or items are forfeited.

5. User-generated content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant VivaStrike a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute that content as needed to operate the product. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to anything you upload.

6. Predictions, duels, and competitions

VivaStrike is a free-to-play prediction and fan engagement platform. Prizes, if any, are awarded at our discretion in the form of XP, coins, cosmetics, or limited-edition items. We do not operate real-money gambling.

7. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and product artwork used on VivaStrike are the property of their respective owners. Team names, tournament marks, and match data are used for informational and editorial purposes.

8. Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and post-tournament season resets are part of the normal operation of the product.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, secure, or always available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VivaStrike is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the product.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app and via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
